SHIPPING POLICY
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available yet.
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard shipping time will apply based on the carrier.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after your package has been scanned.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, all returns must meet our hygiene and quality standards to be accepted.
Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Customer is responsible for cost of return label.
To be eligible for return, the bikini must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, tanning product, or any signs of wear
Returned with all original tags and packaging attached
Returned with the hygienic liner fully intact
Important: If the hygienic liner has been removed, tampered with, or is no longer attached, the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If approved, store credit will be issued. If the item does not meet the return requirements, the return will be denied and the item may be sent back to the customer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All sale, discounted, or final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, all exchanges must meet our hygiene and quality standards to be accepted.
Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges are accepted for eligible items only and are subject to availability. Customer is responsible for cost of return label.
To be eligible for an exchange, the bikini must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, tanning product, or any signs of wear
Returned with all original tags and packaging attached
Returned with the hygienic liner fully intact
